Get Caught and Pay is a mobile concept that caters in Pedestrians, Passersby and Commuters who happened to clogged the street waiting for Public Utility Vehicles. As the Transportation Department focuses only on how to solve the Traffic Situation, Licensing, Illegal Parking and Apprehensions, they forgot that a vast sum of Commuters actually add up to the problem. For example, when the Mrt and Lrt lines wasn't able to run through the day because of Technical Problems, these commuters went on to take public transportation and we can see how they consume half of the road just to be able to get through causing heavy traffic and accidents.
Doable and Simple Concept for Traffic Management System has an idea that if done correctly, will benefit the local government unit with additional revenue Agencies Get Caught and Pay.
How it will work?
Through Mobile Application,THE PATRIOT. Firstly, Apprehending Officer must take a thorough seminar on how to use the mobile application to ensure that he knows how to navigate the apps and to do it correctly. When a Pedestrian or Commuter was caught in an undesignated waiting area, the Enforcer will have to apprehend the said person. The officer will have to ask for an Identification Card to which they must manually copy the details to the mobile application (i.e. Name,Address, Location and Time of Apprehension), take a picture of the Commuter/Pedestrian, have him enter his mobile number or any contacting details then send it to the server. Apprehending Officer will have to finish the process not exceeding 5 minutes once done, he will have to let the apprehensive go as he please.
The Main Server, on the other hand, a webpage exclusively made for this concept. All Government Agencies must be able to access with a special code to access the web page to avoid misconception of data breech.
Pedestrians and Commuters who happened to be apprehended must pay through online payment application. If they didn't abide the process, they will soon face the consequences of having to still pay for it at all cost. If at any chance that they will have to secure their Government Papers and an apprehension was active, they needed to pay first for the account they did not looked into and only then, their papers will be generated for processing.
