THE PROBLEM
In 2017, *2.7 Million cars fleet the streets of Metro Manila, 367,728 of it traverse Edsa daily. 66 Million Pesos daily price tag of traffic congestion in Manila caused by poor infrastructure wherein 110,025 road accidents had happened down to 299 cases per day to which 14.6% raised in 3 years. A number we cannot just ignore because it can affect every single one of us, We can assume that nine out of ten drivers are aware about the rules on the road but the systematic rule between following and neglecting the law is optional regardless of who you are and the situational outcome of what has been done. When a driver misbehave on the road and that attitude was way too foul, things might get out of hand and commotion could be triggered with one single word.
CONCEPT
Mobile Application and Website for Road Readiness and Law Awareness that enhance the descriptive form of explanation through illustrations and shall be allowed to be downloaded in all forms of mobility.

INFORMATION DISSEMINATION
The Land Transportation Office should at least manifest a doable approach to Car owners, Jeep Associations, Car Fleets, Bus Companies, Motorcycle Organizations and TNVS regarding proper education through reference books and illustrative videos that must be available for download as well.
Through digitalization, it will be much easier for the Government, Private Sectors and Civilians to mobilize what was supposed to be done prior to the recent problems that we faced regarding our Traffic Situation. All kinds of ordinances and laws will be put in vain if drivers, motorists and civilians are not aware of simple road rules and signage. Learning thru easiest form teaching will much be appreciated rather than making it looked harder than what is it supposed to be.
We needed to understand that without proper knowledge about the rules on the road, we will always be hunted by the words “I didn't know what kind of sign was that or I never did realize that I am breaking a law because of that”. Information dissemination is one important JOB OF A WORKING TRAFFIC AGENCIES. They should work on it not just through talking but by actually doing something to make it work.
